Michael Hoffman, PhD, Licensed Psychologist

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist who promotes the use of data-driven and evidenced-based practices to improve social behavior. I use Behavioral, Parent-Child Interaction, Cognitive Behavioral, and Strategic Systems approaches to reach the goal of helping people modify behaviors in ways that are more adaptive and satisfying. I believe factors related to sleep are important to consider in my approach, due to the relationship sleep has with social behavior, cognition, and physical health. I continue to work in a variety of settings and cities in Central Florida with children, adolescents, and adults, but I have specifically chosen to serve others at Palm Coast Counseling to help individuals in my own community (I have lived in Palm Coast since 2014).
