I have worked in various mental health settings including Crisis Stabilization and residential facilities applying intensivetherapeutic interventions. I also apply motivational therapy practices to encourage the development of short term and long term measurable and obtainable goals to maximize and achieve positive life fulfillment.

I am eclectic and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality Based, and psycho-education to individuals age eight and up. A holistic approach is utilized by exploring with and educating clients about how mind, spirit and body are interconnected. My theory is “I believe that everyone is an expert of their own life. We each have our own strengths and values. Together, we can change our negative thought patterns into a more positive thought pattern. Let us take this journey together to the great possibilities that lie ahead of you.” I also serve as a facilitator for the SMART RECOVERY addictions group.
